Rotator image sizing and IE format issue

Hi.
I have a major formatting issue when my blog is viewed in IE…it seems also in IE that my sidebar magically moves to the bottom of the post. In Mozilla it is not so bad, but my rotator / multimedia image box is now too big for my sidebar…how do I make it fit?
What can I do to also make the formatting of the footer and the sidebar in IE look correct? Take a look at it in IE…it is all messed up!

This all happened when a post I had just posted mysteriously decided it would no longer let me edit things in the “visual mode”. I deleted a small amount of text HTML which then seemed to effect my whole blog!

When you click on any of my other pages all is well and good, seems like this issue is localized to my “Home Page” only, the one that really matters!
