wordpress doesn’t have a cache
if you mean from a caching plugin, view the readme file for the plugin or specify the name for help
I was trying to increase my sever upload max to 20mb from 2mb. I did the php.ini thing but the site still did not accept a 4.2mb file. So my host said it may be a wordpress cache or a plugin thing. Im using buddypress ablum pluggin and a forum uploaded pluggin and a group document upload pluggin and I need them all to accept higher then 2mb but they wont.
