    Hello,

I am trying to run Google Ads but google disapproved my ads and telling me that I have an issue with my website:

    Circumventing systems and Malicious software

Then I scanned my website for Potentially Suspicious Files and it found this:

    Potentially Suspicious

I am not sure that’s the exact problem that Google Ads found and restrict my advertise but wondering if that is it.

Please help me fix it! Thanks

Google support said I have to remove all these links from my website. Looks like most of these links related to plugins as: WP Fast Cache, Forminator, Elementor…

    Hi @nazarloshniv

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you please let us know which service did you use to scan the website?

The report on the screenshot means the JS is taking too long time not any malicious file actually.

I also checked the site using this scan tool:
    https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/tvmountingservices.org

And site show as clean, you can use the WPMU DEV defender plugin to scan the website too: https://wordpress.org/plugins/defender-security/

On Google console, there is a scan option too: https://search.google.com/search-console/about

If you don’t get any result there or Defender either, sometimes the issue is related to some old caching on Google, for example, the website was infected in the past, you can open a ticket on Google asking which file they are getting.

    @wpmudevsupport12 Thanks for replying.

Yes, all the scanner looks safe.
I’ve talked to Google Support regarding this issue and they are sending me the list of links I have to fix on my website. (my second reply in this Post)

    I hope this will help.

Guys, please share your experience if you had a similar issue

    Thanks

    Hi @nazarloshniv

    Thank you for the update.

Yes, all the scanner looks safe.

    You can:

    – Take a Full backup
    – Reinstall Forminator, Elementor, wp-reviews-plugin-for-google & Astra Theme just in case.

Since WordPress 5.5 it asks if you would like to replace the version so, download the fresh version and install it uploading the ZIP on WordPress > Plugins > Add new > Upload.

    – Scan the website using 3-4 different tools, for example, Defender, Hosting scan, Sucuri & The Google console
    – Take a screenshot of all results and send it to Google,

I did have a similar experience on Google before, at that time I needed to forward multiple results showing that the website was clean.

Thank you very much! I will definitely follow your instructions.

Could you share those links for scanners? (I do have one for Google security tools and actually showing me that my website is Secure and has no issues…)

    Hi @nazarloshniv

Could you share those links for scanners?

    My colleague mentioned:

    1. Our free Defender plugin

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/defender-security/

    2. Sucuri Health Scan (is also free) – it’s online check

    https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/

    3. “Hosting scan” – some hosts do provide their own tool for such security scans so please check with your host about it; not all provide such tools but some do.

    4. And Google console but you already got that one, I think πŸ™‚
