Filtering is Not Working on Mobile

If you go to the site below, the following links are not working on mobile. You can not filter the images when browsing the site on mobile…Thoughts? Also, a more minor note…The images are stacking up sometimes, but once I hit refresh they go back to how they are supposed to behave/look
