Forum support is not enough for free users!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I understand with free versions of things there are limitations. But limiting free users to only a support forum is not enough. My issue can’t be found (after 2 hours of searching and wasting my time!) in the forum. There is no way for me to email someone about this issue (that I have found) and I have NO idea how to fix it. The issue is that Updraft is showing my Next Scheduled Backup Date IN THE PAST!!!! So no backups are occurring daily. I have to manually backup every day.
This plugin is useless to me. I will be moving on to a plugin with an actual support team. Even email support is better than this.
Had there been a way for me to communicate with someone at Updraft about this issue and they took the time to work out the issue, I might have been inclined to pay for the premium version. But to just put out a free version and leave people to their own devices with a forum as their only means of support is not good business. Goodbye Updraft!
