You can see that the Pending scheduled actions are in the past:

I’d suggest first installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
Once installed, go to the following page in your admin dashboard:Tools > Cron Events– you’ll likely see an error at the top of that screen.The next step will be reaching out to your hosting provider and providing them with that error message. There’s nothing that can be done from our end, but they should be able to help. 😁

thank you for your feedback, indeed it was the itheme security plugin that was causing the problem and that blocked the crons.
