When it comes to customizing the pages on your WooCommerce store, it is really similar to WordPress itself and you have several ways for doing such changes.
The easiest way would be using a theme that already works like that on mobile. I would recommend you to check that here in case that makes sense for you: https://woocommerce.com/product-category/themes/
A great way as well might be using a plugin that allows you to change how the page was initially created for the theme. You can see an example of a plugin that allows you to do that: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-customize-woocommerce-product-pages/
If that doesn’t help, you can always check our customizations page with some partners that can help you doing such services for you.
If you are a developer, we have our developer resources portal that can help get you going. This way you would be able to edit the theme’s templates and use the hooks for doing what you want. 🙂
Soon we will have WordPress full site editing working fully for WooCommerce in most themes, so it will be an additional way for customization.
