Admin Page Looks Weird

I have my own WordPress blog that works fine. I installed one for a friend today and the admin page looks completely different. Like there’s a CSS problem or something. I unzipped the wordpress file and then imported all of the contents using firezilla into the FTP. The setup went swimmingly but when I finally went to the admin, it looks really jacked up. Any ideas or suggestions as to what might have happened?
