Assuming that your WordPress site is also installed at root, would it be possible that something like; //www.yoursitename.com/webinar_folder_name/ will do the job?
If you want a specific file to open that isn’t an index file, and the directory doesn’t allow casual browsing, don’t forget to add the file name and file extension to the path. Remember also, that your viewers will need to have the required application installed for viewing whatever file you point theme to, or their browser will probably respond with a download prompt.
