blocked in select catalog step

    Hi

    I try to connect a woocommerce store with facebook
    i select the business manager account
    I select te FB page the IG account.
    BUT when trying to choose the catalog, all the catalagos are grayed out and cannot be selected, even when a new one is created
    and here are the error messages
    – You need to request edit permissions to select this Catalog.(for the old one)
    – Catalog is not associated with the shop tied to your Page or Instagram Account (for the new one, just created)

    Hi there,

    It sounds like perhaps the selected FB page has a Catalog associated with it, but you don’t have the correct permissions for that Catalog so can’t select it.

    Please go to the Facebook settings here, and check the People/access settings for the Catalog (under Data sources) as well as the page — make sure the user you are under has full access/permission: https://business.facebook.com/settings/pages/

    You could also try removing the existing Catalog, then starting fresh and creating one in the Facebook for Woo setup process:

    Hi
    I tried first to give myself as user access to the catalog, this didn’t solve the problem
    and then i just deleted the old catalog, and automaticaly the new catalog became available to check from “facebook for woocommerce” plugin.

    Now the catalog is synced and the shop is working fine
