Astra and wordpress dashboard

So after days of stuffing around I appear to have made a complete mess of a site I created in 2019 after doing a wordpress course. If it is possible to help I would really appreciate it – otherwise I will probably have to find an online wordpress guru. I am in lockdown.

Problem 1.
– [ ] Travel website — mosmancruisecentre.com.au. Template Astra, theme Nutritionist.
– [ ] Set up a staging site and made sure website was backed up – am using Siteground. I thought a staging site allowed one to play round with everything without affecting the live site.
– [ ] Chose new theme for Astra template which I activated
– [ ] Dashboard showing 2 versions in a couple of cases 3 of every page
– [ ] Worked on new template and published it
– [ ] Went to live website and found it was the template I had downloaded with no edits – it’ s a nutritionist website!
– [ ] Set up Seedpro maintenance page
– [ ] Need to get the old site back online asap.

Problem 2 – with the theme
– [ ] Edit with Elementor not available for the header nor the footer, yet in a Youtube tutorial I was following for this template and theme the tutor edited both.
– [ ] So I deleted the footer and it is no longer on the template
– [ ] Sorted the header with the header builder
– [ ] Then tried to work with the image carousel which was part of the template – but could not find an image size that would fit the design – they were full width no matter what I did.
