Billing Province is not a valid postcode / ZIP.

    Hello,

    I have setup the Stripe Plugin with the publishable and secret API keys. I test it out and I receive the error message “Billing Province is not a valid postcode / ZIP.”

    I checked over all of the settings and I believe everything is complete. I searched this form and another thread says to check the settings and so I have.

    I enabled the logs and I don’t see any issues in the logs when I try to checkout a product and receive the error message.

    Hi @jboultonwp,

    Are there any customizations of the checkout page? Either with the theme or another plugin? If so, try temporarily disabling those or switching to the Storefront theme and see if checkout works then.

    If it still doesn’t, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here.
