Issue with WP Theme

Hello everubody,

I have a problem with my new wp theme. I have previously used the theme ONEPRESS. My company have request to change this with the theme HESTIA.

The issue is that, in the moment that i switch the theme, in some pages are put photos that are present in other articles or that do not exist. How can i resolve this?

Hi, @simonour2896!

It is possible that after changing the theme some default photos of Hestia appear on your site. Could you please provide us some screenshots so we can better understand your issue and further troubleshoot?

If you look at the page https://www.criroma5.it/cm5rm/donazione-sangue/, the photo in this page does not exist if i open the page with the page manager.

The theme import it from the previcious theme.

By page manager, are you referring to your Customizer? Please provide a screenshot of that for reference. How are your posts created when you still had the old theme? What editor or page builder are you using?

Yes, my post was created when i still have the old theme. For customize the pages of my site i’m using the wordpress’s editor, how you can look in this image https://imgur.com/hmGXGfL.

Does this image appear in the Media Library? If it does, please delete it, as this should solve the issue.

@simonour2896 I checked that page again and for me the image doesn’t appear anymore – screenshot. Please try to clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and let me know how this works.
