  • Hi!

Are you able to access your hosting environment? If so, you can try to FTP to your plugins folder and rename the plugin you think may be causing the issue (the plugin you updated).

This is a helpful post on how to do this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/locked-out-of-website-cant-find-file-to-rename/

You can either rename just one plugin or the entire directory.

Before doing any changes, are you able to restore your site from a prior backup to a point in time before the changes were made?

Also, your hosting provider may be able to help restore your environment too.

Hi, I resolved it, what I access to godaddy service and restore the WordPress to a preview backup from last week, then I was able to acess to wp-admin and check every pluging to see which one has the error.

    Thanks anyways.
