@adminadb, currently the registered admin’s email of that site will receive the e-mail.
I am afraid, we don’t have such option to set additional email receivers for now.

This feature is also something that I need, and the recipient field seems to be native in WC. Can we ask to have this option available in the future ?

Here we have provided the option to add additional email receiver settings.
