Hi @baglagroup2019, thanks for reaching out to us.
You can use a free service such as Snipboard to drop screenshots here for us to review what you’re seeing.
If you are able to still reach the admin area of your site when Wordfence is active, it’d be really helpful to send over your diagnostics. Can you send them to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.
If that’s not possible, we can try troubleshooting from the information we have.
Thanks,
Peter.

Hi Peter,
This is a screenshot link https://ibb.co/G52xMwc
Also, the diagnostic report sent with the forum username.
Hi @baglagroup2019, thanks for getting the screenshot and diagnostic to us.
I have been on annual leave and have been catching up on responses that may have been missed in the mean time as WordPress forums don’t return all new topics to the top for attention.
I was initially under the impression you were receiving a full server 500 error which would not show any of the site, which would involve looking at the error logs. However, as the front-end still loads but something such as a script or plugin is being stopped, I suspect this is a case for Learning Mode!
From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions such as page loads or edits that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
Let me know how you get on!
Thanks again,
Peter.

I have done all the processes but the issue is the same.
I recently found in one of my another website I am facing the same 500 error in it. I just shared the diagnostic report with the same username.
