Form Returning a “Something Went Wrong” Error for Some Users

I gave a test submission on your page but the form worked fine without any issue. I’m afraid, it’s tough to say what exactly is causing the issue without replicating the issue on your form.

Could we know are there any steps to replicate the issue? or it just happens at random? A screenshot regarding the issue would also be helpful.

In general, such an error would occur if the form has a payment gateway or calculation, since I don’t see any such fields in the existing form, it’s really an odd error.

Please advise if I’m missing out on anything. Looking forward to your response.

I could replicate the issue.

I don’t see any error on the browser console that could help us to troubleshoot the problem.

Could you export the form https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

Upload it on Google drive and share the link so we can try to replicate the issue on our end too?

Thank you for sending us the export of the form.

I imported the form to a test site and checked this further but was unable to replicate the issue at my end. I tried submitting the form a couple of times with the maximum allowed (4000 as per your configuration) number of words allowed but still was unable to replicate the issue.

Just to make sure no other plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue, can you please do a conflict test?
