    Hi all.

    My Woocommerce has stopped including the tracking number on the email (order completed) to the buyer. Have i unchecked a box somewhere perhaps

    Thanks in anticipation

    In order to help you to troubleshoot this issue, please share the following WooCommerce logs:

    • System Status: found under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • Error log: found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs

    Right off the bat, I would like to let you know that Tracking functionalities are not part of the WooCommerce core. However, I can see that you have added this functionality to your WooCommerce store by using the Aftership plugin:

    AfterShip - WooCommerce Shipment Tracking (Order Tracking Made Easy): by AfterShip – 1.12.6

    So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact AfterShip – WooCommerce Shipment Tracking support team so that they can help you with this issue. Here is the link to their support forum:
