That error is not due to a script or code error in the theme. It is a resource loading issue. And it can happen due to a lot of reasons as they explain.
Google explains this – “If you have unloadable resources or other page loading issues, you might see slightly different results every time you run the test. This is because the set of resources that were loaded can vary during each test run.”

I am sorry that I think I haven’t explained properly in my last reply.
That resource loading issue is not due to a theme error. It is a resource loading or a file serving issue. File serving issues belong to the server.
Again the theme is not the reason for this error.
However double slash problem as you have mentioned in the first question is an issue that we have fixed now and are ready to come in the next update. ( Thank you very much for letting us know about it )
And since you have asked about minimizing, yes we are currently converting all the scripts written in jquery to native javascript which will help to get a little bit faster loading times.
