Hi There!
Happy to help. Do you have a link so I can see the issue? Thanks!
Yes Sure.
See this is the link of the page
Here is the page
One video is used for all the 5 presets available in presto player.
The url of the main video is also provided below on the page.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks! It looks like you’re doing some script minification and combining. Can you navigate to Presto Player > Settings > Performance and turn “Dynamic Javascript Loading” to “Off”?
Okay done that and the player is visible but there is another problem.
The video is showing an error when preset is used for YouTube optimized. Please go through the url and see again.
I have also added a video which is working correctly with YouTube optimized preset.
Some videos are working with YouTube optimized and some are showing as error.
Let me know if you need anything else.
I’m seeing a javascript error on that page – I think it’s something to do with your script minfication:

The page is not loading for me. Can you turn this off temporarily so I can take a peek?
Hello, I have disabled my caching plugin can you see now.
I have disabled the caching plugin and all optimisation, just cloudflare is working.
Thanks! Huh, it seems to be loading for me. I think it’s just missing a high res poster image. You can either add this on your Youtube video settings or directly in our player.
Are you seeing the second last video?
I am trying to load it on 3 different pc and 4 different mobiles and all seems to have a problem. And i have used both firefox and chrome browser.
Link for image here
The page is at 50% zoom capacity so it may look like a mobile.
The marked video has youtube optimised preset and has the same url for video as the video above it(above video has simple preset selected)
The video below the marked video is also a youtube optimised with a different video url but it is working properly.
Okay, i see the video is playing but the thumbnail image is missing so i added an image and it is working fine.
Now second question. I have many YouTube shorts video with 1080×1920 resolution and when i am using the standard YouTube embedding on my theme and Gutenberg editor the video is shown as a vertical video but with presto there is a problem as it loads in rectangle shape only. is there any way to load it vertical i.e 1080×1920??
I wonder if it’s because you’re lazy loading the Youtube video. Since we don’t actually fetch anything from Youtube (in order to increase loading speed), we set a sensible default for the aspect ratio, but it must not match 16:9. But I’m not able to see your page again due to the script minification causing some javascript error on the page.
