Widgets and modules not loaded

Hi,

Widgets and Modules page can’t be loaded since version 1.0.0. And they’re not showing up with the latest 1.1.0 either. Moreover, the Templates lacks many areas such as Login page.

Hi @taxumi ,

Thanks for the sreenshot. But unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end. So, first try to change the permalink structure to “Plain”. Then hard refresh your broswer or try incognito mood. After that if the issue still persists please send us your system info from here (screenshot) and we will try to reproduce the issue on our end.

The pages are now loaded after I disable 7G WAF on my site. Thanks for your quick response.

Hi @taxumi,

We’re glad to know that the issue is been fixed.

Some of the features which were in beta before are moved to the ShopEngine Pro plugin. Among them is the ‘My Account Templates’.
