Access CPanel Admin Before DNS change to new site

    Moving blog from Windows based server to Unix. Created new blog on a subdomain added to a main domain. The new blog link to login resolves to old existing blog. How to access new blog instance to import data from old blog in CPanel, or what is the path to the new blog login page using the IP address instead of the text URL?
