Moving self hosted wordpress blog to wordpress.com

My blog http://www.youmeyoga.com is self hosted, but in wordpress.

However, I can only login to it by http://www.youmeyoga.com/wp-admin

And I don’t have all the facilities of a “proper” wordpress blog, which I would very much like.

So can anyone help me?

1) Can I get all the original wordpress settings on my current blog?

OR

2) Can I move my blog, the webhotel and all its content to wordpress.com?
