    Hello,

    I have i website using woocommerce, it was working fine until june 30, since then stopped receiving order emails and the clients too.

    Im using wordpress older than 5.72 (the latest one available) with woocommerce version 3.9.2, and my wordpress painel is asking me to update the PHP, could this problem be solved updating then?

    I already installed WP Mail Logging, this shows that the emails are being generated but they are not sending. Already checked the email spam, nothing there as well.

    Already tried WP Mail SMTP too, i configured and was unable to send the test email, i solved similar problems in other site with that but it isn’t working here.

    The cause of the issue could be different, but you will want to start from here, by updating your PHP to at least version 7.4 and then updating WooCommerce to the latest version. Updating your plugins is also recommended.

    * Remember to backup your site before these updates. You could use UpdraftPlus for backups.

    To take it in a procedural manner, start with the updates and then check if emails are sent. If they’re not, I would then recommend going through the steps outlined in the email FAQ guide.
