    how ever there is a big issue which is

    Well, Relevanssi doesn’t understand anything, so you need to be very literal here. If you want a post to be found with “ps4”, the easiest way is to make sure the word “ps4” appears in the post.

    You can also use the synonym feature to make “ps4” a synonym of “playstation”. If the synonym feature is not working right, make sure you have the synonyms right way and that you are using the “OR” operator: the synonyms don’t work in “AND” searches.
