Delivery Route

Hi,
I am looking for a plugin that can help me achieve the following:
I am building a website for a delivery drivers broker and I need the following:
1. On Sunday the drivers will enter their availability for the coming week
2. The admin will be able to assign routes with multiple packages to deliver to available drivers.
3. Drivers/admin will enter delivered & undelivered packages
4. Calculate weekly delivered packages, $ charges and commission to be paid to drivers.

Is there plugin that I can use and build on its functionalities?
