Not sure why but a lot of my confirmation emails go to Customer’s spam folders. Have you checked there?

You’ll first want to check if these emails are being sent out by WooCommerce in the first place, or if there’s something affecting their delivery.
I would recommend going step by step through this email FAQ guide. It will walk you through installing WP Mail Logging plugin and then checking whether the emails are being sent out. It will also discuss how to approach the possible outcomes when you do this check.
