    I currently have all products set to free shipping and have no shipping plugins installed.
    I wish to apply a shipping fee to all products to help reduce costs to customers on multiple item purchases whilst also incorporating free shipping over £100 to encourage larger purchases in each order.
    I’ve been looking at all the options available to woocommerce and can’t figure the best option before I make that commitment to move forward.
    Some advice from experienced users would be appreciated.
    The product weights and sizes will be added to all items to help calculate the shipping costs.
    Our parcel box sizes will be priced as below;
    Orders £100 and above – Free
    Orders under £100:
    Max 35cm x 25cm x 2cm, upto 750g £2.50
    Max 41cm x 41cm x 61cm, upto 2kg £5.00
    Max 40cm x 50cm x 100cm, upto 20kg £10
    Order shipping priced per order and not per item.

    There is also one product that is £2500 so typically free shipping, however this product has a variation option to have it assembled by ourselves. If assembled there should be a £150 shipping fee applied.

    Without plugins/paid plugins if possible. Not mandatory but preferable.

    Any suggestions as to what would be the best route in setting up my shipping?

    Hi there @wilsonorganisation

    Within the core WooCommerce plugin, no additional plugins added, there are three shipping features included: free shipping, local pickup, or flat rate shipping.

    It seems your shipping scenario is a bit more complicated than what the Flat Rate shipping feature could handle, since you have the conditional check if product up to 750g, this is the price, if product up to 2kg, that is the price, for example.

    In this case, an additional plugin is required to make it work: Table Rate Shipping.

    I hope that helps!
