    Are you seeing any errors in your php logs or browser console?

    no i dont get any browser console error or php logs error

    ok i get this console log on my browser “JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2”
    but i dont think that will cause any problem

    If you don’t see any errors in your server log files or browser console, then I’d suggest asking their support team for assistance, since I can’t reproduce it being a paid theme.
