Problems with Divi form in popup

    I have a Divi contact form in the popup. When I submit the form, the popup closes without showing the “thank you” text and jumps to the top of the page. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for my form notification to come in and still nothing, so I’m wondering if the form is even going through? Updated to 3.0.1 today … could this be causing the problem?

    I’ve reverted to the last version of Divi and the last version of Popups for Divi as it was working fine yesterday … but it’s still doing it. Strangely, it works on mobile though? I haven’t changed any other settings other than updating Divi & Popups for Divi today.

    EDIT: I’ve just duplicated my page and taken the forms out of the popup and they are working fine, so definitely a problem with the popup. Please help!!! Client is running Adwords campaign and is possibly losing out on multiple potential clients!

    Few errors were reported after the recent update. Our team has fixed those errors and the latest update is available for download. You are requested to update the plugin and let me know, in-case the problem exists.

    Thanks for getting in touch and updating us about the changes on your website.

    I’ve tested the “glazedquote” as well as the “unglazedquote” Popups and could submit a sample message in both Popups without a page reload.

    The previous release of our plugin (3.0.1) caused a PHP warning while WP_DEBUG was enabled; that warning could have caused the problems you experienced. So, if you update to the latest version (3.0.2+) then everything should work.

    Also, I can confirm that Divi contact forms work inside Popups on our development and testing sites.

    Hi there @strackerphil-1,
    I’m afraid this is still happening! It seemed to work for a while, and now has stopped working again.
    The weirdest thing is that I have 2 near identical sites, with identical configuration and now one of these IS working and the other one isn’t. Would it be possible to look into this for me, please? This is the configuration of all my sites. I really need to get to the bottom of this!
