contact form 7 is in non-ajax mode
Seems you need to fix recaptcha (this may mean you need to regenerate the key if you have the v3 key already set)
The recaptcha took care of it.

Sorry to bother you again. I thought it was fixed after the recaptcha change but failed to notice it did not send the message correctly. I am now getting “Invalid mailbox syntax is used.”
I have gone over the syntax and the form and cannot find anything.
[your-recipient] is in the TO.
I am using the “pipe” as in the documentation along with
[select your-recipient “Post General Email|whatever@anemail.com”
and have the list each on it’s own line and the ] at the end.
I even disabled the newest plugins.

the message invalid syntax used is what normally happens if you use select with pipes, it is intended as an advanced feature and those who use that function know that tag will be replaced.
If you don’t receive the email the issue maybe is another (i suppose), but currently I can not verify it because i got the “mail sent feedback” and the email seems was sent correctly. How can I reproduce the error?

I did NOT receive that email even though it told you it was sent.
However, you mentioned the pipes again so I removed them and it worked.
Bottom Line is it is working.
