    God help you if you need timely support and you thought you would get it by purchasing the Pro version. Been waiting almost a week so far for a response, making me look really bad in the eyes of my client who keeps asking me if they’ve gotten back to us yet and all I can tell him is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a review here!

    Guilty as charged, our support team has been overwhelmed lately and it took us longer to get back to everyone. I can assure you though that we take support very seriously and we do get back to each and every support request as soon as we can.

    We are also continuously checking where we can make adjustments in our process and team to make the support experience with us better.
