Hi there,
In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:
- Share a screenshot of how your taxes are configured
- Confirm whether you’re seeing the same thing when checking out in an incognito browser while logged out
- Share a direct link to a product we can test with from our side as well as a sample billing/shipping address to use that’ll match one of your tax code
The reason for that last request is that single product pages currently look as follows and can’t be added to the cart:

Looking for some resolution from your side.

Hey there,
I could not get the screenshots to load, but I was able to add that product to the cart and go to checkout.
I’m seeing that the cost of the product at 1500 with 100 for shipping. The breakdown is like this:

Calculating tax inclusive pricing feels a bit odd. It seems like we would expect to see a 10% rate and a price of 1500 have 150 tax. What we need to do figure out what plus 10% equals 1500.
With a 10% rate, we can use a formula like this to find the cost:
Tax = Product Price - Product Price/1.1
There are also VAT calculators online like this that can run the calculations quickly.

See if those tax rates line up with what you’re seeing. Let us know if you have any questions or problems.
Thanks
Hi @thejustquery,
It’s been a while since we heard back from you, so we’re checking if the tax calculation issue has persisted.
If the issue still persists, could you check whether:
* The tax class assigned to the specific product is still the standard class
* You have any other tax rates defined in the additional tax classes that are running alongside the default standard class?
Thanks.
Glad to hear it – thanks for letting us know!
If you have any other questions, feel free to create a new thread.
Cheers!
