Big Problems with Errors

I had this install working just fine, then the tinymce editor stopped working. I have reinstalled 3 times now and have been searching for an answer. I think there may be a cleaver person out there who can understand what these errors mean so I may be able to resolve my big problem. Here is the errors where the editor is not showing on the page:
