Missing value for advanced matching

    Hi,

    I recently installed your plugin and so far it’s been very useful. But I keep getting the following error message from Pixel Helper Chrome Extension.

    “The advanced matching value for [ct,st] is missing, or is formatted incorrectly.”

    After some research on the web I found this page: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/docs/facebook-pixel-help/enable-advanced-matching

    According the this page, it seems like the missing values are city and state? But I do have value for these 2 slots. My e-commerce website is built for Chinese user so these values are in Chinese. Not sure if this is the reason that caused the issue. But apart from that both first name and last name are also in Chinese. So I’m confused.

    By the way, when I checked on the value for ct and st on Pixel Helper Chrome Extension, I found that both have the same values, unlike the others.

    Hello,

    Advanced Matching data is possible for logged-in users only, and we simply get the information that you have in your database for that particular user. In some cases we find values, in others we don’t.
