test/ activation pages not responding

Hello, when I go to “test site” page or “Asset Optimization” and click to proceed or “activate,” nothing happens. I click the button and page just sits there.

I also notice when I go to ‘configure’ page it shows no options. Only says:

“`Gzip Compression
VIEW DOCUMENTATION”

Nothing else.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Can you click on the right button of mouse > inspect to open the browser console and check if you have any JavaScript error?

Please take a screenshot of the browser console and share using any sharing tool like Google drive.

Thank you for the information,

There is only one error that doesn’t seem related to the Hummingbird probably a connection time out from another plugin or file.

Could you please take a full backup of your website or create a staging site https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ once done take a full plugin test following this workflow:
