Process Shortcodes in HTML Email

    I have set up Shortcodes to display in the HTML section of the form, and then receive these shortcodes in the the email notification.

    However, upon receiving the email notifications, the shortcodes are un-fulfilled

    Any solution here?

    Hi @tanner96,

    Currently, we don’t have the feature to process shortcodes in form notification emails. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
