Html header logo

Hi, I’m having a hard time. I need to reverse the order of the website title with the description next to the website logo.

I need the smallest text to be on top and the smallest to be on the bottom, I’ve searched in many files and I haven’t found the html or the function that generates this feature in the theme. I am using ColorMag theme free version.
If someone can help me I appreciate it.
