Failed to import template

    The following problems were encountered when importing template(Organic Store), and it could not be imported:
    Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server.

    My wordpress environment is on Synology NAS, with PHP, MariaDB 10, Apache…
    How can I solve the error?

    Hi @wendichang,

    Please make sure that your system meets the System Requirements as mentioned in this doc.

    If your system has met the system requirements but still fails to import a Starter Template, please check the host resources and increase it by referring to what explain in this doc.
