Changes not saving

    I’m using Agent Press Pro, which is a child theme of Genesis Theme. I’m using Mac OS Big Sur with both Firefox and Safari. Since the latest update of Widget Options, I cannot save the changes I make. For example, If I select show on a certain page the save, it will not save and goes back to hide on checked pages. If select hide widget title, then save it will not save, or align center and save, it goes back to default alignment.

    Hi @catheeb

    Thank you for contacting us and I’m sorry to hear about this. Can you please try to do the following:
    1. Deactivate and delete the plugin
    2. Download a fresh copy of the plugin files. If you are using a Pro version, download it from your Widget Options account dashboard.
    3. Clear your WP and server cache.
    4. Re-install the newly downloaded file and activate the license again.
