    Hi!

    I have a Mailpoet with Divi and give me this message to try to suscribe: Error de suscripción: Missing value for custom field “Aceptar”.

    I haved created to checkbox to accept the privacy policies and receive the newsletter

    Can You help me?

    Hi @gutinovich, thanks for writing in.

    I’d assume the problem is that the field “Aceptar” has been created with the MailPoet form editor and set as mandatory, but hasn’t been mapped to your Divi’s form. So you should either remove this custom field from the MailPoet form editor or map it in the Divi’s settings.

    Please note this problem may happen even if the custom field is not added to your MailPoet form (but has been created with our form and still exists in the database).
