Turn off Variations

    I saw that it was possible to turn off facebook sync for some of the variations in the product pages so I deactivated some of the variations. Sadly, this hasn’t worked and they are still showing on the facebook shop. Is there anything else we need to do to stop this?

    In addition – is it possible to turn off the automatic weekly sync, so we can just do this manually?

    If the variations were already synced before the sync was disabled on WooCommerce site, then the existing variations will show on Facebook. You would need to delete the variations from Facebook catalog, as well as enable “Do not sync” option for the variations to ensure they do not show on Facebook.

    In addition – is it possible to turn off the automatic weekly sync, so we can just do this manually?

    The extension does not have an option to disable periodic sync.
