    Hello!

    We are using two email addresses on our business submission forms:

    We are using the default business email field for the listing email and we have also added a backend only field for contact email (the contact person at the business).

    Is there anyway to have the initial business form submission emails go to the custom contact email as opposed to the default business email (or both)? But maintain the business email for the listings?

    Thanks for your question! I’m happy to help!

    There are a few settings to handle this kind of situation. You’ll find them under Directory > Settings > Email tab.

    To use those settings, make sure that the contact email is the author of the listing and that you choose that setting.

    You could also CC that address and then apply a filter to the general email address to ignore incoming messages — whichever is easiest.
