Wrong Timing of Salat displaying

Hi,

I have added the plugin, and set the timezone to Martinsville, VA 24112 , which is in virginia. But there is too much difference, it should be similar to this https://www.islamicfinder.org/world/united-states/4771808/martinsville-prayer-times/

But on my website the plugin is displaying different time. How can I fix it? I tried other regions and all regions show wrong timings.

My settings : nearest city : Martinsville, United states
calculation method : islamic society of north america
Asr juristic method : Hanafi
Higher altitudes : Angle Based

MY wordpress timezone is set to : Newyork, as I do not see an option of virginia.

Kindly let me know the settings, to fix the timings please.
