“Woocommerce Orders” problem with Yith Proteo Theme

    Good morming,
    I am writting to you regarding a problem I have with the Yith Proteo Theme, I hope you can help me, please. I have prepared “My Account” section in my webpage using woocommerce_myaccount shortcode and everything works fine in the computer. But, when I switch to tablet or mobile, “My Orders” are not shown, that section just simply dissapear. I tried switching to other theme and it gets corrected, but I love Yith Proteo theme, I do not want to use another theme.

    When I am using the tablet or mobile everything works fine (my account info, my payment-methods, the yith whislist, my addresses, etc.) but just “my orders” are missing. I tried everything but I can’t find the sollution. Could you please help me?

    I’ve just tested in my local environment and I can see order section in my-account as well. Do you use some page builder for that page?

    Thanks for asking, I am using Elementor Page Builder. I have done some research and the “order” menu dissapears when I am using any devide with less than 992 pixels wide.

    Have you tried in a tablet or cellphone with less than 992 pixels wide?

    I have found the problem, but I don’t know how to solve it correctly. The problem was about a CSS code I used to not display the yith proteo woocommerce sidebar:

    I would like to hide that sidebar, but when the screen has less than 993 pixels, “My orders” get inside the sidebar, so both sidebar and orders are hidden:

    Is there any way to hide the sidebar without hidding “My Orders” (no matter the size of the screen)?

    Ok, 3 days later I did it. Lot of CSS code but it is finished. Yo can close this topic and could you please delete my last message? I did not realize that there was private info in the pictures I send.
