Does the Asset Optimization work on the main site and is able to find the files without any issues?
It could be that there’s something on that site conflicting with Hummingbird and preventing the results from showing up.
Can you please perform a full conflict test by disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme.
After that run a new scan and see if it finishes.
If it does, reactivate things one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us where the conflict is so we can debug it further from there.
I suggest doing this test on a staging site, or if you don’t have one make sure to have full backup of your site ready before doing the test on live installation.
