Hi @sbwdblog8,
Reports were replaced with the release of WooCommerce 4.0 and there is a new Analytics section available for users with the latest WooCommerce release 5.3.0.
Kindly head to WP Admin > Analytics > Taxes and you should see there the 0% vat tax rate under Taxes section. If you select it all orders with zero vat rate will be listed.
On top you can select a custom date range to filter orders for your reports. Then, if you click on “Download” at the bottom in the Orders section you’ll be able to download a CSV file with the filtered orders having zero vat rate within the chosen date range.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for that.
I can see all the tax codes in Analytics but nothing is showing for orders where VAT is zero rated.
When I set the shop up I added various country codes to the standard rates page and set these codes to 20%, 21%, 22% and so on – these are shown in analytics. However, WooCommerce automatically removes VAT from orders in the Channel Islands (Jersey/Guernsey) so I did not add the “CH” country code to the zero rate tax rates page.
In order to view figures for zero rated VAT orders in analytics do I need to manually add “CH” and a 0% VAT rate to the zero rate tax rates page?
On the one handle WooCommerce automatically removes VAT from orders for the Channel Islands, but on the other hand it’s not listing these orders separately in analytics for tax codes – I’d therefore be grateful if you could clarify.

Yes, please add the Country code to the 0% VAT rate. Once done, you should be able to see new orders with 0% VAT rate under the Taxes section in Analytics.
Cheers.
