Pop-up post-subscription messages

    Hi!

    When I subscribe to my pop-up form using The Newsletter plugin, first it shows after-subscription message for which I created separate page connected to The Newsletter plugin. But after a few seconds, another popup appears with the same message. How can I get rid of it to show only a message on a page I created specifically for after-subscription process?

    Unfortunatelly I work on my staging site so I can’t provide you URL and I don’t know how to insert printscreen here.

    Hi there @siminator – thanks for writing in and apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    If you cannot provide any test page where we can see what you have now, then could you provide a screen recording of it instead?

    Kindly advise us.
