incorrect prices
-
Hello,
on the frontend of the site completely different prices are published from those that are inserted in the backend in the product sheets.
What can it depend on?
Thank youThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello,
Could you share an example product page URL and screenshot of its price setting in the backend?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I see that both regular price and sale price are not showing correctly.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Test to see if the issue has been resolved
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
I tried to do as recommended but the problem persists.
Could it be due to claudflare?Hi @robertota87 – do you happen to have any taxes set up on your site?
I ask because if we take the sale price on the product page, €20,48, and divide that by the price set in your product’s settings, €24,99, we get:
20.48 / 24.99 = .8195_This type of calculation usually points to an inclusive tax rate of about 18%. Can you confirm if that’s set up by going to: WooCommerce > Settings > Tax?
Yes, I have a tax rate, but it is 22%, moreover the prices to be displayed already include the tax.
I noticed that the changes coincide with the euro / dollar exchange rate. Is it possible that due to cloudflare prices rebound in Italy in dollars?
Thank youHi, @robertota87!
I noticed that the changes coincide with the euro / dollar exchange rate. Is it possible that due to cloudflare prices rebound in Italy in dollars?
Interesting that you mention that! Are you perhaps using any multicurrency/currency conversion plugins?
And just to be sure, can you share with us a screenshot of your tax settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Tax too?
Caching from Cloudflare could cause the issue, by the way, but let’s look at plugins and settings first.

No I am not using currency conversion plugins.
Also I noticed that when you get to the checkout page the price corrects itself to the right one. And all the other prices on the site are corrected, but this correction is visible only on the device where this procedure was performed and maintaining the same connection.Thank you
Hi there 👋
Could it be due to claudflare?
Yes, Cloudflare caching system is probably causing this issue.
As you can see, the product prices are showing okay on my end now. Here is the screenshot:

I’d recommend contacting Cloudflare so they can flush all the cache from your website in order to see the changes on your site. Perhaps, they can modify your caching setting so that it can match your needs.
Lastly, please flush/clear the cache on your browser in order to see how the Crop Top Luenga product looks now.
Cheers! 🙂
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
