Mobile Menu not functioning as expected

I see that others are having, or have had, issues with the behavior of the mobile hamburger menu.
Here’s my scenario, as of this moment.

The mobile menu was functioning correctly, with the proper styling, until about 7-10 days ago.
Menu & Styles Work as expected on Mega & Flyout Menus.
In Responsive mode (or with screen shrunk to display mobile), Hamburger menu is present, and DOES open when clicked, if:
Off-Canvas Menu is disabled, or
Off-Canvas Menu is enabled + Active Menu Instance (advanced tab) is set to 2;
In both of these instances, the displayed mobile menu has no styling.

In Responsive mode, Hamburger menu is present, but DOES NOT open if:
Off-Canvas Menu is enabled + Active Menu Instance (advanced tab) is set to 0 or 1;

Hopefully, this info will give a direction to look …
As I mentioned, the menu was behaving correctly up until recently.
Yes, I have added plug-ins in the time between it working and not working; and, no, I have not yet done the ‘disable all and enable until it breaks’ routine.
I will do that shortly, and report back if I see any plugins that have affected it.

If you visit the site, the mobile menu is currently set to ‘Active Menu Instance = 0’
‘Unbind JavaScript Events = checked’
Off-Canvas Menu is Disabled
Primary Menu’s Sub Menu ‘Overlay Content = enabled’
And the Sub Menu should have a colored background (you’ll see it appear, with no styling).
